You don’t appreciate a good Air conditioning guy until you need one. My home unit went out on a Saturday night at 8 PM. I called and Alan was there in 20 minutes. Within 5 minutes, it was diagnosed and once he informed me in detail what was wrong and the cost he got right to work. Before 9 pm it was repaired. I appreciate the prompt service and positive attitude.

I started having some concerns about our A/C units a few weeks ago and really didn’t know where to start to look for an “honest” and “reputable air conditioning service company. I have heard of many horror stories about the costs associated with “service” visits and even repairs / replacements. No more! I found Comfort Climate Service and gave them a call. Alan from CCS was able to respond to my needs on very short notice and was willing to work around my schedule. A Sunday visit was scheduled to accommodate my needs…. without any additional charges! Great customer service!

Alan not only addressed my concerns and service but was willing to explain everything that he was going to do and provided me with suggestions to keep my A/C units up and running, ncluding maintance recommendations. They are now in my contact list and I would recommend their technicians for service…

Three days before the year’s first freeze, I found out our gas heater wasn’t coming on. Alan from Comfort Climate came to my house on short notice, narrowed down the problem through careful analysis, and returned the next day with both parts I needed (replacements for a burned out circuit board and motor safety switch). Alan was super nice and explained every step of the process. Discounted parts and a reasonable labor rate brought the grand total to $500. I’ll definitely call Comfort Climate for regular cleanings and inspections to prevent future repair calls. Very satisfied!

I am extremely pleased with Alan Hudson and Comfort Climate Service! He is a good guy and provides quality honest work. I consider it a blessing that I found his website on the internet. My A/C started acting up and I knew of no one to call. I had a family member coming home from the hospital after having lung surgery and the weather was very hot. I searched the internet and liked what I saw for his company. It was after midnight when I sent in a Contact Me form and at 9 am, Alan Hudson called. The appointment was set at 11 am and Alan was on time. Alan explained everything through out the process and is the kind of person that wants to do the job right. Comfort Climate is a marvelous company. I saved $445.00 dollars by Alan diagnosing my air conditioner problem right after previously checking with another company. He was very thorough and patient in explaining things to me. I would suggest to anyone to always get a second opinion.

A technician from another company came out earlier in the week and informed me that the compressor for my A/C was locked up. He indicated that my options were to either replace the unit which is 16 years old or the compressor. I received quotes for the compressor and they started at $2000. I called a few companies to get quotes for a new unit. After one company was unable to provide me with a quote on the same day, I went through the Yellow Pages and noticed the Comfort Climate Service Ad. I contacted them, and they were at my house within 2 hours. The tech asked me if he could troulbleshoot the unit first to determine if I needed a new unit. He went through his diagnostic process and determined the capacitor needed to be replaced. He informed me that if the capacitor did not solve the problem, he would not charge me for it. After it was installed, I fired up the unit, and it has spitting out icicles.every since:-) Comfort Climate Service saved me a boat load of money !!!!!

I have been searching for an HVAC technician that is dependable, honest and completes the job when working/servicing our unit and I was lucky enough to find Comfort Climate Service. I have found the company we will be using for all our HVAC needs in the future as they are quite professional and do the job as described to you. I HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone looking for an honest and hard-working company when it comes to any AC issue you may have and you will not be disappointed.

After considering all 3 company opinions, we decided to go with getting a new unit.  After reviewing estimates from 6 companies including Comfort Climate Service, we selected them as they were our best and least expensive offer considering the number of years we were planning to remain in the home, unit brand, labor and parts warranty, install time, costs and customer reviews via Angie’s List and other websites.

Overall, Alan was great.  He provided excellent customer service and even when I contacted them at 10:00 at night to leave a message for a return call, he called right back that night…

As a single woman, I was very leery about having my air conditioning system replaced. I’ve heard so many horror stories about people being taken advantage of. I asked around at work, and a close co-worker highly recommended Comfort Climate Service to me. Specifically, he recommended Alan Hudson. I wasn’t sure what to expect… Alan called and confirmed our initial (estimate) appointment. He was on time, which is almost unheard of these days. He took his time and explained everything very well, and he answered every question I had (and did so in layman’s terms)… Alan impressed me with his knowledge, and I highly recommend him for any/all of your air conditioning needs.

When I realized my AC was not working, it was late afternoon, when most AC repair companies charge overtime fees. The repairman from Comfort Climate Service arrived in less than an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and fully explained the needed repair and all charges before he began the repair. He had the system up and running within 30 minutes. I feel the work was done professionally and at a very reasonable rate. I hope it is a while before we need AC repair service, but when we do, I will call Comfort Climate Service again.
