As a single woman, I was very leery about having my air conditioning system replaced. I’ve heard so many horror stories about people being taken advantage of. I asked around at work, and a close co-worker highly recommended Comfort Climate Service to me. Specifically, he recommended Alan Hudson. A technician from another company came out earlier in the week and informed me that the compressor for my A/C was locked up. He indicated that my options were to either replace the unit which is 16 years old or the compressor. I received quotes for the compressor and they started at $2000. After one company was unable to provide me with a quote on the same day, I went through the Yellow Pages and noitced the Comfort Climate Service Ad. I contacted them, and they were at my house within 2 hours. The tech asked me if he could troulbleshoot the unit first to determine if I needed a new unit. He went through his diagnostic process and determined the capacitor needed to be replaced. He informed me that if the capacitor did not solve the problem, he would not charge me for it. After it was installed, I fired up the unit, and it has spitting out icicles.every since:-) Comfort Climate Service saved me a boat load of money!
