What to Expect During a Repair Call…
A certified technician will diagnose the problem with your HVAC equipment. A flat rate diagnosis fee will be charged. The technician will provide an explanation of the findings and answer any questions that you may have. The technician will then prepare a written quote describing the recommended work to be completed and associated costs of repair. You will receive and review the detailed description of work to be completed before any repair work is started.
